Opening hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.30am to 5pm (staffed), 24-hour access to reading room for Trust staff. 

Weekends and Bank Holidays: Unstaffed, 24-hour access to reading room for Trust staff.

Please ensure that your Trust ID card opens the external door, to gain access during unstaffed hours. Ask at the enquiry desk if you need help arranging this.

Request an article/book

Your library membership number is required for copyright purposes. Contact us if you do not have your membership number. If you are not yet a member you can join online.

One request per form only

We aim to process all requests by the next working day.

We aim to supply 90% of article requests by the next working day*.

We aim to supply 75% of book requests within five working days*.

*Some items are requested from other libraries and so may take longer to supply.
